Return conditions

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. From the moment of withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the order.

- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
- Custom-made products are excluded from the withdrawal requirement and cannot be exchanged and/or returned.
- Exception: Suction cup products have a 30-day trial period and may also be returned even after use, but within 30 days.

Return costs

The shipping costs of the return are for your own account.

Return shipment

There are 2 options to return your package:

• If you have a printer, you can use our online return service. The costs are €5.25. Are you using our online return service? Please note that we will deduct €5.25 afterwards.
  (Please note! This is only possible for return shipments within NL, and with a maximum length of 80 cm)
• If you prefer to frank the package yourself, that is also possible. For mailbox packages, this can sometimes be cheaper. Cut out our return address, which is listed on the enclosed return form, and paste it on top of the box. The return form is on the back of the enclosed packing slip. You will go through the ordering process in a few easy steps:

1. Shopping bag
   All prices shown in the shopping bag include VAT.
   If you wish to place an order, please click on the "checkout" button in the shopping bag. If you have not yet finished ordering, you can simply continue shopping. You can complete the total order by returning to the shopping cart. Have you changed your mind? Then, you can easily remove the item from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross behind the relevant item.
2. Your data
   To deliver your order correctly and quickly, we need your address. Handlesandmore.nl will treat your details with the strictest confidence.
3. Safe payment
   We offer the following payment options;
   Direct payment through iDEAL, PayPal, Creditcard and ING HomePay for fast delivery.
   And indirect payment via bank transfer. (Delivery happens after receipt of payment. Note that this is not a 24-hour delivery).
